We are looking to hire a part-time customer service manager to work 2-3 days a week. Customer service managers are responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day operations of our non-profit resale shop.
Duties will include: opening and closing the store; greeting and assisting a wide variety of customers; evaluating incoming clothing; checking out customers with exceptional customer service skills; supervising volunteers; assisting with data entry and maintenance of sales and store credit records; performing various daily retail tasks such as maintaining a tidy store, clothing & hanger management, light cleaning, etc.
The right candidate will be patient, flexible, and energetic. Exceptional interpersonal skills with a wide variety of folks is a must!
